Upon Receipt of Your Order
We encourage you to inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is missing, defective, or damaged, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns for Personal Use Products
We handle returns for personal use products, such as soaps, bath bombs, shampoos, etc., on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return such an item, please contact us directly so we can assist you with the process.
Damaged Products
We take great care with every product we craft and ship to our customers. However, we understand that issues may arise during transit, and products may be damaged during delivery.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will request a photo of the damaged item to evaluate the issue.
Please note that Rose d'Olive cannot be held responsible for damages to products after they have been received by the customer, such as damage caused by improper use or inadequate storage. We strongly recommend that customers follow the usage and storage instructions provided for each product to prevent potential damage.
